Before you commit to anything, you receive a written estimate range based on your requirements - free. If you proceed, a fixed-price discovery produces the full solution design and your fixed build price. No surprises, no open-ended billing.
We carry the delivery risk
We do not bill by the day or by the hour. We agree an outcome and a price, and we carry the risk of how long it takes us. If the agreed value is not delivered, we keep working until it is.

No. Engagements start with a fixed-price discovery, and you get a free written estimate range before that so you know what you're committing to. A proof of concept is a phase of the build rather than a trial: it's scoped, it's paid for, and what it proves belongs to you. If we aren't confident we can deliver the outcome, we'll say so on the first call rather than sell you a pilot to find out.
Licensing is the part that surprises people, so it's one of the first things we pin down. What a Power Platform solution costs to run depends on details that are easy to miss until the bill arrives: how many people use it, whether they sign in or stay anonymous, and which products the design pulls in. Discovery produces the licensing picture alongside the build price, so what you approve is a total cost rather than a build cost.
