That's what the dedicated Teams channel is for. Send a question, a screenshot, or a short screen recording, and you get an answer back within one working day, usually sooner. If something needs a quick look rather than a conversation, we won't put an invoice against fifteen minutes of our time.
No, and deliberately so. Clients tend to describe the job as keeping them between the lines: telling them the next step when they're stuck, catching the expensive mistake before it ships, and saving them the week they'd have lost to trial and error. Building a production solution live on a call serves neither that goal nor the build. When you need something built for you, that is an implementation engagement.
Microsoft changes this stack constantly, and keeping track of it is part of what you're paying for. When something lands that affects what you're building - a new capability, a licensing change, a feature being deprecated - we tell you, and we tell you what it means for your architecture rather than forwarding you a link.
No. Advisory runs monthly and you can cancel any time. Most clients take an initial three-month term because that's roughly how long it takes for the rhythm to pay off, but it's your call. If you're not happy with the service in a given month, you don't pay for that month.
