Before building Powercademy, I spent years in the trenches as a Power Platform Developer and Architect - navigating the same skill gaps, inconsistent guidance, and trial-and-error cycles that most delivery teams still deal with today. I built this business because I wanted to solve that problem at scale, not one person at a time.
